The Conference Centre
Why hold your conference or business meeting in a bland boardroom when you can do it the Ivorys Rock way, surrounded by Mother Nature?
Our Conference Centre is superbly appointed, offering the facilities of a modern, 5-star hotel CBD venue, but in the heart of the Australian bush, surrounded by the sounds of wind in the trees and birds singing.
A flexible space for up to 360 people, the Conference Centre offers fully covered verandas and manicured lawns, perfect for breakout opportunities, cocktail parties, and special events.
Amphitheatre
The Ivorys Rock Amphitheatre is one of the most unique outdoor events spaces in the country. In a word, it’s spectacular!
Purpose built to make the most of a natural concave hillside, and protected by shade sails, this space can accommodate up to 4500 event goers, and is suitable for daytime and evening functions.
The Amphitheatre also offers modern bathrooms, room for food and beverage concessions, quality AV (including translation booths and VIP rooms), and a massive stage.
Use it in conjunction with the Pavilion and create an epic, once-in-a-lifetime experience for your attendees.
It’s a safe, easy stroll along well-lit walking trails for all Ivorys Rock accommodation, with apartments also available onsite.
Jacaranda
Located in our Jacaranda Camping Ground, the Jacaranda dining hall boasts wide verandas suitable for evening meals and quiet breakfasts for up to 60.
This space is serviced by a full commercial kitchen and boasts air conditioning, with lawn space for additional marquees.
This private, quiet venue is suitable for smaller conferences, team building activities, workshops, and retreats.
Casuarina Function Centre
The Casuarina Function Centre provides a spectacular venue for memorable dining experiences to complement your event plans. Located in shady bushland surrounded by manicured gardens, your guests will be impressed by the delightful entrance and reception area, which is serviced by a fully equipped bar and club lounge.
Breakout areas and a large veranda are also available to add to the Ivorys Rock experience for your guests.
The Pavilion
The Ivorys Rock Pavilion must be seen to be believed. A completely unique addition to any major event or festival, the Pavilion is a permanent feature on the site, providing a large central dome for up to 3000 people to meet and socialise, in a village-like environment.
This venue offers 29 temporary shops (for food sales, cafes, bars, concessions, info stands, and retail) in a horseshoe arc around the dome, with full catering facilities available, shade sail coverage, quality amenities, parking, and lighting.
It’s perfectly positioned near our camping grounds for easy access to your event goers.
In a word, it’s epic.
